Where we ship from

All orders are shipped from our base in Indonesia. We ship worldwide to most countries.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Indonesian public holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic shipping (Indonesia)

Standard delivery within Indonesia typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

International shipping

We ship internationally via trusted courier services. Estimated delivery times by region:

Asia Pacific — 5–10 business days
Europe — 10–16 business days
North America — 10–16 business days
Rest of world — 14–21 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing, local postal delays, or peak seasons.

Customs, duties & taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Surf Atelier has no control over these fees and is unable to predict their amount. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

Tracking your order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active. For international orders, tracking updates may be less frequent once the package leaves Indonesia.

Lost or delayed shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@brittleonie.com with your order number. We will do our best to investigate and resolve the issue with the carrier.

Incorrect address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Surf Atelier is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@brittleonie.com — we can only make changes before the order is dispatched.
